When will I get my order?
All our products are made to order. It typically takes 3–7 business days to fulfill your order before it's shipped out.
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Canada: 3–4 business days
Please note that total delivery time = fulfillment time + shipping time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over USD$70. Orders below $70 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to you.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside our control and are assessed by your local customs office. We are unable to predict or cover these costs. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a message at hello@cheekysupply.com
My order should be here by now — what do I do?
Before reaching out, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Check with your local post office to see if they're holding the package
- Check with your neighbours in case the courier left it with them
If your address was correct and the package is nowhere to be found, contact us at hello@cheekysupply.com with your order number within 21 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it out.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what now?
Please contact us immediately at hello@cheekysupply.com. If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we may be able to update it. Once an order is in fulfillment or shipped, we're unable to make changes. Reshipment due to an incorrect address will be at the customer's cost
